Desktop Support Technician
Position Summary:Provides technical support for all systems maintained by the Information Systems Department. Support includes but is not limited to, PC configuration and troubleshooting, and addressing fundamental networking issues.
Experience: Minimum 1 year IS hardware and software support or equivalent work experience.
Education: Craft or technical school of up to 2 years duration, equivalent work experience, or industry applicable certification.
Skills: PC hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, wired & wireless PC networking concepts, detail oriented, strong customer service skills.
Bi-Weekly Hours: 80
Thursday & Friday, 12:00PM – 10:30PM
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00AM – 5:30PM
