GME Program Coordinator Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer and in collaboration with the DIO and sponsoring institution, responsible for overseeing the administration of all Fellowship Programs and ensures compliance with all ACGME requirements. Maintains oversight and ongoing readiness of accreditation processes and the national Match program, oversees all hospital education including student rotations, training and observation experiences. Provide input to the workflow of Fellowship Program administrative support staff. Experience Required: 5 years residency/fellowship program management experience Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Preferred: Master’s degree License and Credentials Required: Preferred: TAGME Certification strongly preferred |
Skills Required: Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Outlook (calendar and e-mail), PC-based productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to drive multiple projects with impeccable follow-up and organization while collaborating with relevant stakeholders in a culture of ongoing process improvement. Effective time management, medical terminology, independent judgment, professional communication, and collaborative decision-making. |
