Position Summary:Plans, develops, designs and implements the strategic and tactical marketing and communication strategies for the organization. Directs paid and non-paid activities and prioritizes service line opportunities to maximize volume. Selects, develops and supervises team members. Establishes priorities, allocates funds and determines project direction. Directs, monitors and evaluates projects, programs and expenditures with a focus on ROI.
Required: 7+ years of related experience specific to healthcare marketing.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business or similar.
License and Credentials
Required: None required.
Required: Competence as a writer. Strong project management skills. Strong problem-solving ability including metrics-driven thinking.
Preferred: In-depth knowledge of marketing research techniques; problem solving, sampling procedures, data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
HOURS: Full-time 80 hours per pay period
