Position Summary: Under the direction of the Pharmacy Operations Manager, process medication orders resulting in patients receiving safe and effective drug therapy. Provide supervision to Pharmacy Technicians assisting in these processes.

Experience

- 3-5 years hospital pharmacy experience and/or including residencies/fellowships. BLS, ACLS (required within first year of employment).

- PALS certification preferred

Education

- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university required.
License and Credentials
- Current New Jersey Pharmacist license; current New Jersey Immunizing Pharmacist license.

Skills
- Good interpersonal skills; computer skills; excellent time management.

Bi-Weekly Hours: 80

Work Schedule: Overnight 7 on/off (Weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary).

The minimum starting rate for this position is $55.35
