Position Summary: As part of the Human Resources team and under the general direction of the TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager), this role will recruit, screen, interview, process and on-board job applicants. The ideal candidate will possess strong process management skills by building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers throughout the Hospital. This position will be responsible for high-volume, full life-cycle recruitment, will provide strategic recruitment, workforce planning and will build on creating talent pipelines. Work with TAM on enhancing the overall candidate experience, build digital recruitment strategies and processes.
Required: 0-3 years prior employment recruitment experience.
Preferred: Hospital and/or Healthcare Recruitment experience
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
License and Credentials
Required: Professionalism, strong customer service and organizational skills
Preferred: Prior ATS (Applicant Tracking Experience), understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
Schedule: 80 hours per pay M-F
