| Position Summary: The Cardiology Business Manager is responsible for the daily business, data, and financial operations of the cardiology product line. This manager-level leader partners with clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective project execution, resource optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The position plays a key role in leading performance improvement initiatives, driving the success of cardiovascular programs, and aligning operations with organizational goals through rigorous analytics and structured project management methodologies. Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, data analytics, or project management. Preferred: 5 years in healthcare operations, data analytics, or project management | 
| Education Required: Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required Preferred: Master�s degree | 
| License and Credentials Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Certification | 
| Skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL) Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Meditech), clinical data registries, and performance benchmarking systems Has clear understanding of measurements of physician productivity including (WRVU and RVU) Bi-Weekly Hours: 80 The minimum starting rate for this position is $29.92 When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
