Description
Position Summary: Within three months, the ideal candidate must be proficient in managing the full lifecycle of hospital inventory and equipment. This includes auditing cart par levels, rapidly fulfilling orders via warehouse pick lists, and distributing medical supplies, linen, and O2 tanks to maintain uninterrupted patient care. Additionally, the role requires upholding delivery schedules, managing the dirty-to-clean equipment sanitization cycle with SPS, and keeping assigned warehouse areas and unit inventory carts clean and organized.
Experience: 0-3 months
Education: High School or G.E.D.
Required License / Credentials: None
Other Required Skills: Communication: Strong English literacy and communication skills (minimum high school equivalent).
Mathematical Proficiency: Basic high school-level math skills for inventory and calculation tasks.
Resilience: Demonstrated ability to manage workplace stress effectively and maintain personal well-being. Professionalism: Conduct and communication must be professional at all times.
Contact With Others: Regular contact with others, within and outside own department.
Supervision Given: Responsibilities of the position require no supervision or direction of others.
Supervision Received: Works under close supervision from the Lead tech in carrying out specific duties and instructions.
Bi-Weekly Hours: 80
Work Schedule: 1-9:30p M-F, weekends 8:30a-5:00p (as scheduled) and holidays 8:30a-5:00p (as scheduled).

The minimum starting rate for this position is $16.50
