Position Summary: The Donor Research Analyst is a pivotal, data-driven role on the Deborah Hospital Foundation’s development team, tasked with driving the strategic identification and qualification of principal, major, and planned gift prospects. This role serves as the primary intelligence function, leveraging sophisticated data acquisition, monitoring, and analytical techniques to proactively mine the database. The Analyst is directly responsible for strengthening and deepening the Foundation’s donor relationships by identifying individuals, corporations, and foundations with the capacity, affinity, and inclination to support the mission of the Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The successful candidate will ensure that the Major Gifts team is equipped with the timely, accurate, and strategic information needed to meet aggressive fundraising and engagement goals Experience Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software, specifically Raiser’s Edge NXT, with a proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret donor/prospect data. Research Expertise: Strong experience conducting in-depth research on individuals, corporations, and foundations using a variety of tools. Best Practices: Familiarity with wealth screening processes, data hygiene best practices, and donor segmentation strategies. |

Skills Required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple priority projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to handle confidential donor information with the utmost sensitivity, integrity, and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs. The minimum starting rate for this position is $26.06 When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
