Description
Position Summary: Provides administrative support to the Senior Management Staff (including President/CEO, EVP Legal/General Counsel, EVP, Finance/CFO, and Director of Administrative Operations) and others as assigned. Liaison to the Board of Trustees of the Center and the Board of Directors of the Foundation. Provides Clinical Affiliation support and assistance in the scheduling and tracking of meetings. Experience Required: Experience working with high level executives; must have the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of administrative support responsibilities (minimum 5 years� experience as executive assistant or senior secretary experience). Preferred: Experience working with responsibility for Board processes, scheduling and use and adherence to institutional bylaws. |

Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills a must; Must be a self-starter and work independently. Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point a must; Regular internal/external contacts with vendors, patients, board members and others requiring tact, discretion and persuasive skills.. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters particularly sensitive communications is of the utmost importance. The range for this position is $22.51 to $33.77 per hour. When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
