Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, People Experience, this role will support daily HR operations and workflows including employee relations, benefits and leave of absence activity, supporting day-to-day department operations and special projects as assigned. The position requires strict confidentiality with highly sensitive information, using sound judgment and utmost discretion. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to develop a positive rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational, time management and general computer skills will be required to manage multiple routine and other responsibilities in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment. This role requires the ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities and other external factors. Experience Required: 1-3 years prior Human Resource administration experience. Preferred: Hospital and/or healthcare administration experience. |

Skills Required: Professionalism, strong organizational, time management, and computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Human Resources software products), HRIS maintenance, mathematical skills, and data entry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. HOURS: full-time 80 hours per pay period The minimum starting rate for this position is $23.23 When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
