Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing operational support across the People & Culture Department. Working closely with Human Resources subject matter experts, the Generalist develops broad knowledge of Human Resources while supporting day-to-day operations, projects, compliance activities, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits and leave administration, HR technology, and other departmental initiatives. This position is designed for a recent graduate or early-career Human Resources professional seeking broad exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines. Through cross-training, mentorship, and progressively increasing responsibility, the Generalist develops the knowledge and skills necessary to support multiple Centers of Excellence and prepare for future career advancement Experience Required: One to three years related experience; recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience Preferred: Healthcare experience |

Skills Required: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to establish positive working relationships. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. HOURS: full-time 80 hours per pay period The minimum starting rate for this position is $23.23 When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
