Position Summary:   Supervises phlebotomy staff and performs blood collection while ensuring quality control, compliance, and efficient workflow. Assists manager in clinical and administrative departmental functions. Communicates customer specific clinical instructions as required to ensure specimen integrity. Performs clerical functions as required.

Experience

Required: Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a phlebotomist.

Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience

Education

Required: High School Graduate or equivalent; completion of Phlebotomy certification program

Preferred: Associates Degree

License and Credentials

-         Required: ASCP, NHA, or AMT certification

Skills

Required: Must have good interpersonal and oral communication skills. Customer service focus. Good time management and the ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

The minimum starting rate for this position is $18.90
