Position Summary:   Evaluates, strategically directs and coordinates the implementation of all clinical and related systems used by the Patient Care Services.

Experience

• Required: 3-5 years’ experience in medical information systems, 3-5 years Clinical experience (2 years Cardiology experience). Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clinical and technical personnel in the application of information technology.

Education

• Required: Bachelors’ Degree in Nursing, Computer sciences, or related field
• Preferred: Masters’ Degree in Nursing Informatics

License and Credentials

• Required: Registered Nurse

Skills

• Required: Working knowledge of PC’s, MS Office Applications, including MS Project. AANC Certification in Nursing Informatics is desired.
• Preferred: Proficient in Meditech

Bi-Weekly: 80 hours per pay period 

Work Schedule: M - F  / Day Shift

The minimum starting rate for this position is $42.70

When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
