Description
Position Summary: Carry out all duties as directed by the Director of Security or other senior supervisor. Responsible for enforcement of all hospital rules, regulations, or policies affecting the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, or property.
Experience: 1 to 2 years� experience required, 2 to 3 years� experience preferred.
Education: High School or G.E.D.
Required License / Credentials: Valid NJ Driver's License required, SORA New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act. Certification preferred.
Skills: Observation and memory recall. PC skills including knowledge of keyboard for data entry purposes and familiarization with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, strong telephone and organizational skills. A strong degree of confidentiality due to the nature of some of the departmental business. Display exceptional customer service and communication skills. Present good image of Security Department. Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with patients, visitors and staff required.

Sunday 10:45pm � 7:15am
Monday 10:45pm � 7:15am
Tuesday 10:45pm � 7:15am
Wednesday & Thursday OFF
Friday 10:45pm � 7:15am
Saturday 10:45pm � 7:15am
The minimum starting rate for this position is $16.80
When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
